Splendor Tugiensis
A fragrance that invites us to savour the essences of fruits and flowers from central Switzerland, preserved in the ancient garden of Baron Zurlauben, from where one can enjoy the splendid view of Lake Zug and Mount Pilatus.

The olfactory pyramid of Splendor Tugiensis is distinguished by its fruity and woody essence. In the top notes, violet and pear stand out; in the middle notes, hyacinth, primrose and iris; and in the base notes, cherry and boxwood.
The inspiration for this fragrance is the bond between the canton of Zug and its symbolic tree, the cherry. In the top notes, the violet of Princess Adelaide and the pear are revived – the latter a gift that Baron Zurlauben received from the gardens of Versailles as a token of gratitude for services rendered to the French crown, as narrated in the historical novel "Der Schwarze Schumacher" by J. Spillmann. In the perfume, one also finds primroses and hyacinths, flowers chosen to perfume the Baron's chamber, whilst the iris pays homage to the coat of arms of the House. To complete the composition, the boxwood of the hedges that adorn the gardens of the noble family estate, called the Zurlaubenhof.
