By placing an order, you accept these GTC in the version applicable at the time of the order. We may amend these GTC at any time; the current version published on this website applies.

Our products include room fragrances and perfume products such as reed diffusers, textile perfumes, room sprays, and perfumed candles. Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

The presentation of products on cameos.ch constitutes a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is formed upon our sending of an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject orders, for example due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Persons under the age of 18 may only place orders with the consent of their legal representative.

We currently ship within Switzerland only. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are non-binding. If delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time, you may contact us at info@cameos.ch.

Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. Swiss Code of Obligations) apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. In case of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the product, or issue a refund. Claims are excluded for damages caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow usage guidelines.

To the extent permitted by law, Agregia AG's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on cameos.ch is the property of Agregia AG or its licensors. Details are set out in our Legal Notice. By posting content on cameos.ch (e.g., reviews, comments), you grant Agregia AG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content for operating the platform.

Users agree not to: use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, share account access, engage in payment fraud, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the shopping or service experience for other users.

If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic intent of the original.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
